Fairy Treasure Review

Fairy Treasure has it all—it is a breakout, action game, it has 120 levels, power-ups, magic, fairies and trolls. This Mac game is a good time no matter how you look at it.
Fairy treasure given to the good knights of Trollandia from the Fairy Queen upset the evil troll Dronk who raided the villages plundering food and precious items from the homes. He became bolder and invaded the castle for the fairy treasure. Knights and magicians were sought to recapture the royal
gems. This is where you come in and save the day. You travel along the Fairy River fighting hags, goblins and evil things. Your only assistance is from the river fairies.
The play is to move the bat at the bottom of the screen left and right hitting the stone up to walls, power-ups and extras in order to pass the level. If the ball should fall into the water you lose a life. By hitting the rock up to the bricks the level will be completed when all the bricks are gone. By hitting the bat’s right side will move the orb to the right and hitting the bat on the left will move it to the left.
There are many bonuses to garner in the meantime. The extra bat either left or right, extra bat, 3 balls, fast balls, slow balls, extra life, strong balls and fire balls are among the few of the extras you’ll need to complete a level. In addition, there are magic bottles: the blue one is magnetic, red one is wacky and fire is explosive. Mushroom spores makes the ball sticky and the brown mushrooms explode when hit.
On top of all those bonuses there are more good and bad extras. The magic scroll if you get 8 you can enter the bonus level. The chain ball can be unlocked by collecting 5 keys, and
be sure to get all the gold coins because 100 will get you an extra life. Frogs can be good or bad so beware, and fairies can be good if you release them from their bubble.
If you can believe it, there are more extras to discover in this action-packed fun game. All these bonuses and the fairy theme remind me of the Mac game Pixie. However, the 2 games are completely different,
but both are fun to play. I enjoy playing this breakout arcade game with its flying bat breaking the brick walls. Moving the bat back and forth is reminiscent of the old time game Pong. The graphics are good, but I can’t remember the sound effects or music due to the engrossing play of Fairy Treasure.

Are you a Breakout fan? Well whether you are or not, you are in for a real treat with Mac game Ricochet Lost Worlds. It meets all your brick busting needs and more in a fast action, addictive play. Get ready to have a blast in this fun shooter game. Travel through amazing and varied environments and break all the bricks in each fascinating world.
With fast and upbeat music you can play in Easy, Normal, Hard or Insane Mode making this game fun and enjoyable for everyone. You have a spaceship with a paddle surface at the bottom at the bottom to bounce the ball back up to the targets, blocks and rings. Your goal is to clear all the bricks and collect the golden ring.
When you get 35 rings, you will get another ion sphere or life. The stats are listed to the right of the screen giving you the time, score, speed, ion spheres, number of rings and total. There are many different background environments taking you to mysterious locations like the sunken city, Mayan temple and volcanic crust. Alien invaders will move toward you in their own eerie way. There will be many obstacles you will have to figure out how to get around to beat the level. In addition there are a lot of bonuses and power ups with some new items. Not all the goodies floating down will be to your benefit so be careful not to collect everything. Once all the bricks are destroyed, you move on to the next level. You may want to retrieve the gold rings before moving on.
Ricochet Lost Worlds is the sequel to the popular Ricochet Xtreme. The sequel is updated with many new features and the same familiar things to make your arcade game more fun. A Level Editor will allow you to design your own level for even more excitement. Bombs falling, acid balls and more make this fast paced breakout game addictive and awesome. I give it a 4 out of 5. Can’t wait for the next one.

Action Ball 2 Review
The title says it all. Mac arcade Action Ball 2 is filled with action packed fun in an outer space themed brick busting shooter play. It has a pinball vibe to it with the different obstacles and bumpers. There are plenty of bonuses falling down for you to collect and use.
The play is your typical breakout arcade game where your space ship moves back and forth at the bottom of the screen shooting the space aliens while breaking the bricks. The great part of this play is the bonuses. There are many to collect. Unfortunately, if you are not fast enough, they will pass you by and you will miss out on some fantastic power ups like bigger paddles in front of the ship to hit the ball back, power ball will destroy some of the obstacles that the regular orb bounced off of, the reflector will not let balls fall, and more. However not all the bonuses are good. One in particular will shrink your ball making it more difficult to hit. Not only are you trying to break up the galactic barriers, but in addition, you must destroy the robotic space vehicles flying around the zone. If you destroy 25 of these
space ships you can earn another life.
A fun mini game and a change up to the breakout plays are the shooting the bricks before they fall to the bottom and collecting the coins to add to the total score. This play will give you a break from the frenzy brick busting.
Action Ball 2 is one awesome and different game. There are breakout plays but with other types of themes like Fizzball (farm setting), Bongo Boogie (monkeys), Fairy Treasure (fantasy) and Bricks of Atlantis (underwater). All are terrific games. Action Ball 2 with an outer space theme has all the lights and whistle you want in an exciting breakout game and more. The blocks situated above your ship are similar to pinball bumps and twirling obstacles. I am a pinball player so I enjoy the similar feel to this game. The levels get increasingly challenging but you can do a do over so everything is not lost. If you are a breakout gamer, you must try this one. Get into your ship and bust those bricks and alien robots. I give Action Ball 2 a 3.5 out 5 for one fast-paced arcade brick buster.
Features of Action Ball 2:
-80 Exhilarating Levels
-30 Bonuses
-Addictive Play
