Have you ever wonder what Hollywood parties are like? Well wonder no longer with Party Down you will be able to enjoy yourself with the likes of Angelina and more. Imagine hobnobbing with directors, stars, athletes and agents in order to advance your own career.
Select your player from either Shannon or Dave and begin your adventure into the Hollywood Hills. Shannon is getting nowhere in her acting career doing commercials to pay the bills while waiting for her big break. She sees an ad on TV and decides that catering to stars is her first step into the movie industry.
Party Down is a sim time management Mac game made to advance Shannon’s career in acting. She is to cater a Hollywood birthday party at Angelina’s mansion, and she is hoping this is the big break she is looking for. The play is to meet each guests’ demands by clicking and dragging the guests to the requested locations or clicking on the beverage or food of their choice and clicking on the guest to deliver. The play gets a little more interesting when the servers go and
speaks to the guests to increase their social levels. The stars on servers faces on the top right of the screen will let you know if they are compatible to the stars on the guests’ bubbles. If a server only has 1 star, they cannot speak to a 3 star guest until the server’s status is raised to the same level.
In addition to this fun sim play, there are mini games related to the main story. The hidden object game is to find items the guests have left a the party. Another side game is to connect the wires on the circuit board to light up the lines and to keep the electronic
equipment blasting away at the party.
Party Down is only similar to Wedding Dash 2 with its sim play of dragging the guests to seats or the dance floor. Party Down goes much further than that with its intricate sim play of matching guests to guests or guests to servers. In addition the mini games are a big plus to making this game more fun and interesting.
I think if you like the usual sim play, Party Down will be so much more for your buck. It’s like getting many different and challenging plays in one game.
Features of Party Down:
-Hollywood Parties
-Different Time Management Play
-Paparazzis and Stars

Kelly Green Garden Queen is a fast-paced Mac sim time management game for casual gamers who like planting flowers and herbs for fun. This game has quirky characters with little patience to challenge your every move, but never fear for there are many helps along the way, including the lemonade machine and strange relatives.
Kelly Green is a chef in the big city with no intentions of moving to the country like her hippy-dippy parents and relatives until one day she inherits her grandfather’s nursery. She chucks her life in the metropolitan area and moves to the country to try her hand at growing plants and flowers. This sim play is the usual game where you must meet the needs of the customers to attain your goals and complete the level. If you have never played these types of games, the tutorial will guide you through the steps.
Initially, you click on the flower bed for Kelly to put pots there, click again for her to place soil in each pot, click on the available seeds to
plant, click again to water the thirsty plants and a final click on the plants with dollar signs to pick and place in the shed to sell. This game is a little different from other sim games because you click mostly on one location, the flowerbed. You do not need to move back and forth on the screen. However, just because there’s less movement it doesn’t mean the game is easier. It does get very challenging as the requests increase, patience is low and plants are varied. If clients are getting impatient, you can click on the glass of lemonade at the top right of the screen and the customer will be appeased for a while.
A different sort of play in this game is the flower arranging mini play where you will get to use your aesthetics for an outstanding bouquet.
Of course, the client has final say in what kind of flowers and decorations to use. When the customer smiles, you know you are headed in the right direction.
Kelly Green Garden Queen is similar to other sim management growing plants game with one exception. The making of the flower bouquet is a different side game you can enjoy. It may be more diverse further into the game, but the demo only gives you 30 minutes to try out so you don’t really get the full feel of the game. If you liked Flower Shop or Fantastic Farm, you’ll like this Mac game.
Features of Kelly Green Garden Queen:
-4 Seasons
-Custom Nursery
-Flower Arrangement Mode
-15 Trophies

Zenerchi is a positive state of mind created by solving the puzzles of life. This is an ambitious claim for a mind puzzle, but perhaps they are right. A beautifully designed Mac game Zenerchi is a calming, but challenging puzzle. Its concentric circles are a different play from the usual rectangular swap format of match 3 or more colors game.
In this game you rotate the circular ring of colors around until you are able to make 3 or more of the same colored pieces to match. This will re-energize the Color Container and allows the Zenerchi to grow. The level is complete when all sections of the Color Container are filled. Larger matches will fill the container faster, and when the time runs out, the level is over. You can gain time by completely filling a Zenerchi Color Container. After completion of a level you are awarded an expert quote. This can be a philosophical quote from a famous person.
The extras are 5 or more matches will create a small burst and by double clicking on it will explode 4 surrounding pieces. Color blockers will prevent rings from turning. This will stop you from making matches. The only way to get rid of the blockers is by making matches on them or to activate a burst near by. The binders, will hold 2 pieces in rings together and will stop movements. To rid the binders you need to make matches on either of the blocks and this will destroy the binder. Sometimes bursts will unbind the pieces. It is imperative you break the binders as soon as possible, because too many binders will end a level.
You begin with the Journey Mode until Zen is unlocked. In the Zen mode there are addition blocks such as the enigmas where 2 rings will rotate in opposite directions. Also numbers on the bands will decrease by 1 on every turn and when the number reaches 0, it will turn into a blocker.
Zenerchi is a well thought out Zen-like puzzle with many useful phrases for your life lessons. It also is an interesting change from the usual swap 3 match game. What I liked about it was the lack of a story to slow down your play, the beautiful, intense colors and the soothing music.
Features of Zenerchi:
-50 Levels
-Journey or Zen Mode
-3 or more matches
-Power-ups
